Why is my horse doing this? cant even train anymore!!?

Well you see it's quite simple actually. He has associated you with work because every time you get him you train him or free lunge him. Then if he doesn't come to you you feed him anyways. If you want him to come to you, you need to start bringing him in and not just to work. Try bringing him in and feeding him inside or you could bring him in and pet and groom him. Either way you need to make coming in a good thing and then he won't be so resistant.
