Browsing slowed down by 50%?

my son (6yo) d/load without my prior knowledge a trial game,(the ones that last 60 mins). after the time ran out, my browsing speed is sloooowwww, i can open my home page from desktop at norm. speed, but back arrow in toolbar, or even to open new tab takes like 15 seconds. i have site advisor on my toolbar so he knows only to go to green sites, to play games(even tho green sites can be sus) anyway i deleted all files i can find from this game in the normal path, from the registry, everywhere i can think of, ive also ran hijack this(yes i know what im doing wth hijack this) MBAM SAS( malwaebytes & superantispyware) and my own realtime scan but they come up with nothing, so does any1 know where there could be any other files that are still lingering in a spot wich is not so obvious or i may not know about? it'sdefinatly this game thats doing it ...bye the way be fore u critisize me. im using IE9... any help much appreciated, thanks
