Why when I full screen on YouTube it gets pixelated?

I am using Google Chrome and when I full screen on YouTube it gets pixelated, it's not the video quality because at the bottom where the pause and volume etc. that is pixelated. But the video is also pixelated. How do I fix this? Thanks :)
