Heavy metal songs with a pause?

I'm looking for some heavy metal songs that pause in any time of the song and go crazy. Like in Iron Maiden - Fear of the Dark, he says: "I have a phobia that someone's always there..." and then it stops for a while and the song begins. Or like in Judas Priest - Nostradamus, He says: "I will surviiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiive.." and the guitars go crazy.
