How do I catch my horse?!?!?

My horse has always been pretty spooky and we have really been doing alot of groundwork and some riding. But lately he is really scared of me and of ropes (I haven't hit him and he used to follow me everywhere etc.). And now he wont let me catch him Feed dosnt work, getting out anouther hrose dosnt work and walking to him at an angle dosnt work. Any sugestions on how to catch him?
