Is image retention normal for my 2 week old panasoic viera plasma tc-p42s30?

i play just xbox 360 via hdmi and blu ray on it and i see i slight or ghost like image when the screen is dark,is see images of previuos things ive watched on the screen.its only noticable when my room is dark and i never keep my tv paused for more than 5 minutes.also i havent broken in my tv yet.so yea is this normal?thanks!!
