Mayweather vs Kimbo...?

A group of people and I were have this argument about a fight between the two. Like an actual fight. Ex.-Kimbo does not like Mayweather and vice versa..they see each other in person and start fighting. Some people say Mayweather and some said Kimbo but how? I know Kimbo has a lot of haters so I just want to let you know I'm not praising him in the LEAST bit, I just want to be honest. I know that Mayweather is with the best of the best in boxing. Their main argument is Kimbo got beat up in UFC. He certainly can't handle the best of the best, but not being the best does not mean you suck. What I'm saying is a boxers hands and footwork at a boxing stance is much better than an MMA fighter, but even with his lightning speed hands Kimbo has learned groundwork and has too much strength. What really pushes it over for me is Kimbo is massive 234 lbs while Mayweather is around 150lbs . Like weight is not everything, but with that big of a difference you can't really stop someone coming at you. What's your perspective on it? Tell me why you think Mayweather would win too if you disagree with my decision? If you agree I would like to hear your opinion on it too?
