Help with sims 3! plzzzz?

I wasnt on sims on facebook instead and didnt pause and i come back and a meteor came and killed my daughter is there a way to make ehr come bk not as a ghost but not reset the game either plz help :-( i was in egypt i have ambitions and world adventures she died in egypt on vacation from the metor and how do i make them shower at home base in egypt because they got burnt and there black.
