How to save a sim from expiring on sims 3?

I use the "testingcheatsenabled true" cheat on my sims 3 game so I can edit my sims needs. When trying to pull one of my sims (an adult) hunger needs up from orange I accidentally pulled it down to red. Now she is about to expire and I have the game paused on her sleeping. THere is an X through the sleeping which means she is about to get up and then the action to "Expire" is next. I pulled her needs from the red hungry which is dieing of starvation back up to green. I dont know how to stop her from expiring. !!! HELP!
