Wierd feeling when touching a guy...?

Right now your nerves and emotions are like dynamite with no fuse. All it takes is just a little something to set them off. Totally normal. Life's too short to beat around the bush and play games. If you like this dude, and you know he's shy, figure out a way to be in a more intimate setting (not naked) like a coffee shop and try and figure out if there's anything there worth mutually pursuing. If yes, cool. If not, no big deal. Life goes on.!
