I just got a Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppy! Am I squared away?

I live in an apartment but have access to parks and such. I will walk him for 20 minutes in the AM, and 40 in PM. I'm going to either have a trainer come and visit the house for 3 sessions to give me a groundwork on training him, clicker, obedience, etc, or just enroll him in obedience classes. When I'm at work I will be sending him to doggy daycare once a week(maybe twice a week for the first few months). I will have someone come and walk him for an hour during the day on the days he doesn't go to doggy day care. On the weekends I will do activities with him such as hiking, fetch, running, etc for a few hours a day. Should that be good? Are there some other mentally stimulating things i should be doing with him at night when i get home? Any specific toys or activities to give him during the day when he's alone? Any Corgi owners have any advice? Thanks!
