IS MY INTERNET TOO SLOW??? Which ISP should I switch to? PLEASE HELPP?

first of all your speeds are too slow to accomodate you because your paying so little for it... You got slow bandwidth speeds because you need to upgrade... theyre not providing you with crappy service just cheap internet... I would recommend verizon fios. and dsl means dialup service line which makes it so slow... get fiber optics it transmits data very fast
