Messed up computer videos help please?

whenever i try to watch a video in full screen (on any website). If i pause or move anything but my mouse. Such as space, ESC,or any button it freezes then says shockwave flash crashed, and the same will happen if i press a key while im playing a game, like newgrounds or addictinggames.
